Our yoga classes at Mindful Motion cater to a wide range of individuals seeking physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

All classes are limited to 5 people, ensuring that you will have a more focused and nurturing experience.

I am experienced in adapting poses to suit your body so all levels are welcome.

Our beginner yoga classes offer a gentle introduction to the practice, focusing on basic poses and breath work to build a solid foundation.

Whether you are a novice or seasoned practitioner, our variety of yoga classes aim to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
